Tamarind Rossetti

As an Artist-in-Residence at the Ojai Raptor Center in 2014-2015, I worked with raptor structures and systems, loss of power and process of recovery in this 20' x 40' mural. The center's mission to rehabilitate and release injured and orphaned birds of prey initiated the exploration of binocular vision, bone weight, feather structures and local topography.
